The photo has a lot of issues and has been cropped by the respective news agency. The original upload of File:The Ronettes.JPG which was done in the same timeframe shows a Ronettes GAC publicity photo that has not been cropped, so there shouldn't be doubts regarding the cropping by the news agency and possible copyright marks.
