File:Topeka, KS Overland Station (511631948).jpg
Built in 1927 by Union Pacific Railroad. The last passenger arrived here in May 1971. This station is 25 years younger than the average existing train station in America, but it led a tough life of floods, fires, and abandonment none the less. The restoration project started in 1998 and was completed in June of 2002 when the station re-opend as the Great Overland Station All Veterans Memorial Museum. This is one of the finest train station restoration projects I've seen.
