The White House copyright page, which has been retained from prior administrations, notes that copyright material will be disclosed. Either, then, the White House has released the copyright of this image or it has not been properly stated that it is still the copyright of the inaugural committee. In this circumstance, Commons should default to deletion until clarification has been provided by the Trump administration.
