Filochy [fiˈlɔxɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czerwin, within Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Czerwin, 21 km (13 mi) south-east of Ostrołęka, and 103 km (64 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
