Gierałtowice [ɡʲɛrau̯tɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Reńska Wieś, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Reńska Wieś, 12 km (7 mi) south-west of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and 45 km (28 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
