Gradzanowo Kościelne [ɡrad͡zaˈnɔvɔ kɔɕˈt͡ɕɛlnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Siemiątkowo, within Żuromin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Siemiątkowo, 23 km (14 mi) south-east of Żuromin, and 98 km (61 mi) north-west of Warsaw.
