Helenów [xɛˈlɛnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czerniewice, within Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Czerniewice, 17 km (11 mi) north of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and 45 km (28 mi) east of the regional capital Łódź.
