Helenów [xɛˈlɛnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ujazd, within Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Ujazd, 16 km (10 mi) north-west of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and 33 km (21 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
