Henry Township is located in Marshall County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,700 and it contained 1,227 housing units.
History
Henry Township is named for Gen. James D. Henry.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 16.41 square miles (42.5 km), of which 14.6 square miles (38 km) (or 88.97%) is land and 1.81 square miles (4.7 km) (or 11.03%) is water.
