Horczaki [xɔrˈt͡ʂaki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szudziałowo, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Szudziałowo, 12 km (7 mi) east of Sokółka, and 45 km (28 mi) north-east of the regional capital Białystok.
