Jamalabad-e Kuseh (Persian: جمال اباد كوسه) is a village in, and the capital of, Kalashtar Rural District of the Central District of Rudbar County, Gilan province, Iran. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Kalashtar.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 519 in 135 households. The following census in 2011 counted 442 people in 112 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 440 people in 148 households.
