Karolew [kaˈrɔlɛf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dąbrówka, within Wołomin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Dąbrówka, 16 km (10 mi) north-east of Wołomin, and 38 km (24 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
