Konopki Leśne [kɔˈnɔpki ˈlɛɕnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rutki, within Zambrów County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) north-east of Zambrów and 44 km (27 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
