  • On December 18, 1930 sv:Wang Jingqi succeeded Yi as Director of the Labor University (国立劳动大学 National Labour University (Laodong daxue), Kiangwan, Shanghai), who arrived on campus to take office as the second and last president of Labor University on December 18, 1930. Wang, a French-educated diplomat, was formerly China's minister to Belgium, and later, after his presidency at Labor University, became minister to Sweden and Poland.
