Matran railway station (French: Gare de Matran, German: Bahnhof Matran) is a railway station in the municipality of Matran, in the Swiss canton of Fribourg. It is an intermediate stop on the standard gauge Lausanne–Bern line of Swiss Federal Railways. The station will close with the December 2024 timetable change.

Services

As of the December 2023 timetable change, the following services stop at Matran:

RER Fribourg S20 / S21:
- Weekdays: half-hourly service between Ins and Romont FR; S20 trains continue to Neuchâtel.
- Weekends: hourly service between Ins and Romont FR.
