Miłkowa [mʲiu̯ˈkɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Korzenna, within Nowy Sącz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Korzenna, 11 km (7 mi) north-east of Nowy Sącz, and 72 km (45 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.
