Montgomery Township, Owen County, Indiana
Montgomery Township is one of thirteen townships in Owen County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,203 (down from 1,304 at 2010) and it contained 562 housing units.
History
Montgomery Township was founded in 1819.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 23.55 square miles (61.0 km), of which 23.46 square miles (60.8 km) (or 99.62%) is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 km) (or 0.38%) is water.
