Patoka Township is one of nine townships in Pike County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 2,826 and it contained 1,284 housing units.

History

Patoka Township was organized in 1838.

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 43.81 square miles (113.5 km), of which 42.58 square miles (110.3 km) (or 97.19%) is land and 1.23 square miles (3.2 km) (or 2.81%) is water. The Patoka River flows through the township from east to west.
