Quernes

Quernes (French pronunciation: [kɛʁn]; West Flemish: Kernes) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France. The commune is part of the Communauté d'agglomération de Béthune-Bruay, Artois-Lys Romane which brings together 100 communes and has 276,094 inhabitants in 2020.

Geography

Quernes is situated some 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Béthune and 32 miles (51 km) west of Lille, at the junction of the D186e1 and D186 roads.
