The Rural Municipality of Harris No. 316 (2016 population: 193) is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 12 and SARM Division No. 5.

The RM of Harris No. 316 incorporated as a rural municipality on December 12, 1910.
