Ryczołek [rɨˈt͡ʂɔwɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kałuszyn, within Mińsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Kałuszyn, 14 km (9 mi) east of Mińsk Mazowiecki, and 53 km (33 mi) east of Warsaw.
