Saint-Thuribe (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ tyʁib]) is a parish municipality in the Capitale-Nationale region of Quebec, Canada.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-Thuribe had a population of 298 living in 133 of its 158 total private dwellings, a change of 4.2% from its 2016 population of 286.
