Sankhvast (Persian: سنخواست) is a city in, and the capital of, Jolgeh Sankhvast District of Jajarm County, North Khorasan province, Iran. It also serves as the administrative center for Chahardeh Sankhvast Rural District.

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,009 in 590 households. The following census in 2011 counted 2,120 people in 677 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,077 people in 688 households.
