Shabkhus Lat Rural District (Persian: دهستان شبخوس لات) is in Rankuh District of Amlash County, Gilan province, in northwestern Iran.

At the census of 2006, its population was 11,201 in 3,085 households. There were 9,496 inhabitants in 3,014 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,978 in 3,206 households. The most populous of its 37 villages was Garkarud, with 1,443 people.
