Starcza [ˈstart͡ʂa] is a village in Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Starcza. It lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south of Częstochowa and 45 km (28 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
