Stary Dzierzkówek [ˈstarɨ d͡ʑɛʂˈkuvɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skaryszew, within Radom County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Skaryszew, 18 km (11 mi) south-east of Radom, and 108 km (67 mi) south of Warsaw.
