Stonefort Township is located in Saline County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 408 and it contained 182 housing units.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 17.77 square miles (46.0 km), of which 17.57 square miles (45.5 km) (or 98.87%) is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 km) (or 1.13%) is water.
