Tømra is a village in the municipality of Selbu in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located approximately 7.1 kilometres (4.4 mi) north of the municipal center of Mebonden, northeast of the lake Selbusjøen. The village of Fossan lies approximately 3.6 kilometres (2.2 mi) southwest of Tømra.

As of 2024, Tømra has a recorded population of 246 residents, with an area of 21.96 km².
