This template is intended for article talk pages.
- This template uses the
__NOINDEX__magic word. - The template is added automatically by the {{WikiProject Biography}} talkpage banner template, if given the parameter
|living=yes; see the documentation of that template for more details.- It is preferred that the banner template be used instead of direct application of
{{BLP}}. To do this, the{{subst:Blps}}template may be used, which will add{{WikiProject Biography|living=yes}}to the article.

- Pages it is used on populate Category:Biography articles of living people.
