Template:R Protected

This template will automatically categorize redirects into their appropriate rcat protection category.

Usage

#REDIRECT [[(redirect target)]]

{{r protected}}

This template is also called automatically by {{redirect category shell}}; if that template is used on the page, this template does not need to be included in the redirect cat templates as it will be called directly. A protected page also using {{r from move}} would look like this:

#REDIRECT [[(redirect target)]]

{{redirect category shell|1=
{{r from move}}
}}

For another example of this use case, see Wikipedia:Example of a broken redirect.
