- 1732 - Hospice of the Holy Trinity founded.
- 1741 - Guanajuato attains city status.

- 1785 - Chamber of Commerce built.
- 1788 - Templo de San Cayetano (church) dedicated.
- 1809 - Alhóndiga de Granaditas built.
