Toczyski Średnie [tɔˈt͡ʂɨski ˈɕrɛdɲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jabłonna Lacka, within Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Jabłonna Lacka, 17 km (11 mi) north-east of Sokołów Podlaski, and 102 km (63 mi) east of Warsaw.
