Licensing

Minor edits multi-licensed into the public domain
I agree to multi-license my eligible text contributions marked as minor edits, unless otherwise stated, under Wikipedia's copyright terms and into the public domain. Please be aware that other contributors might not do the same, so if you want to use my minor edit contributions in the public domain, please check the multi-licensing guide.

Licenses

All of the contributions that I have made to Wikipedia and other affiliated Wikimedia Foundation projects (including Wikimedia Commons) prior to 2009-06-15 are hereby retroactively licensed under both the GFDL and CC-BY-SA licenses, with favor granted to the latter. Beginning on 2009-06-15, all of my contributions shall abide by the official licensing policy of Wikipedia. Furthermore, any edits I make that are considered "minor", and are marked as such, shall also be licensed into the public domain.

Attribution

If my contributions are to be used or reproduced in any form, they must be attributed to me. If I am to be attributed as the sole or main contributor, such an attribution must appear as my full name, "Gordon P. Hemsley". (This is often the case with images or other non-textual media.) If I am to be attributed as part of a multitude of contributors, such an attribution may appear as my username, "GPHemsley". (This is often the case with articles and other textual media.) My contributions must always be personally attributed to me; an attribution to the project or website to which my contributions were made will not suffice, though such an attribution shall not be prohibited from appearing.

Notification

I would prefer to be notified whenever one of my contributions is used according to these terms. Notification is accepted in many forms, ranging from leaving a note on my talk page to sending me an e-mail. Notification is a courtesy that will reflect positively on the licensee.
