I) Abolish and decolonize the United States, Canada, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand. Return the stolen land to the jurisdiction of the indigenous populations.
II) Reunify and decolonize Africa.
III) Reunify Korea under the leadership of the Workers Party of Korea and the Korean proletariat.
IV) European settlers and colonizer states must pay reparations to African descendants of slaves, and also to indigenous people affected by colonization.
