216.209.197.108, now 207.236.13.191

Hi! On 31 August I mentioned to you the disruptive behavior of 216.209.197.108 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), and you blocked them for 2 weeks the same day. They have now reappeared on a new IP, 207.236.13.191 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). This is clearly the same editor, making the same strange name changes in the same Judaism-related articles ("Judah" to "Judaea" and "Jehudah", "Israelite" to "Israeli" and "Palestinian", etc.) and edit-warring their changes when reverted. As with the previous IP, they have never replied to a talk page message. I wonder if you could take a look at this? Thanks! CodeTalker (talk) 16:21, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@CodeTalker Blocked x 1 month. I've also protected a couple of the pages that look like they are magnets for weird disruptive editing. -Ad Orientem (talk) 17:01, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much! CodeTalker (talk) 17:05, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry to bother you again, but it appears that this editor is now evading their block by hopping to IP 207.236.13.187 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). Even ignoring the fact that the IP address is so similar, they are making similar edits in the same or closely related articles; for example see this edit on Palestinian rabbis, which again shows the same idiosyncratic name changes: Israelites to Israelis, Jewish to Judaic, etc. CodeTalker (talk) 01:10, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@CodeTalker Rangeblocked 207.236.13.0/24 x 3 years. This pest is getting tiresome. I also note that range has already had multiple blocks. -Ad Orientem (talk) 01:14, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Tiresome indeed. Thanks for the help! CodeTalker (talk) 05:03, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Moved your CTOP AP log at WP:AEL re: Mark Robinson

Hi there. When reviewing WP:AEL, I saw Mark Robinson was listed twice after you expanded protection to ECP. To keep it all together, I moved your comment to be with the prior protection. Just letting you know, as I'd imagine editting logs is normally disfavored. Thanks for your understanding. --Policy Reformer(c) 02:56, 20 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@PolicyReformer No worries. There are number of ways that could be handled and this works. -Ad Orientem (talk) 04:15, 20 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Suspected edits of Daniel Dunga who removed the LTO verified licence plate.

To whom it may concern,

Daniel Dunga who posted the disruptive edits of History of vehicle registration plates of the Philippines who already removed the verification of LTO license plates series. Here's the following LTO license plates has officially verified in NCR and Region III:

CBO 1001-CBO 9999 (Region III)

NHP 1001-NHP 9999 (NCR)

NKJ 1001-NKJ 9999 (NCR)

Daniel did not receive the inbox messages but hopefully to permanent block Daniel Dunga who suspected the article due to incomplete and repetitive of removal edits to verified the LTO license plates as soon as possible.

@Jon2guevarra
I see no reasons for administrator intervention at this time. This appears to be a content dispute. If you disagree with this user's recent contributions, you are free to revert their edits and leave a message on the article talk page explaining why, per WP:BRD. Just be sure to stay within the confines of WP:3RR. See also WP:DR for further suggestions on how to handle disagreements with other editors. Best regards... -Ad Orientem (talk) 15:33, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
