Wola Żyzna

Wola Żyzna [ˈvɔla ˈʐɨzna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szydłów, within Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Szydłów, 13 km (8 mi) west of Staszów, and 45 km (28 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.

Demography

According to the 2002 Poland census, there were 289 people residing in Wola Żyzna village, of whom 47.8% were male and 52.2% were female. In the village, the population was spread out, with 23.5% under the age of 18, 33.6% from 18 to 44, 18.7% from 45 to 64, and 24.2% who were 65 years of age or older.
