Wyczałkowo [vɨt͡ʂau̯ˈkɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tłuchowo, within Lipno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) west of Tłuchowo, 23 km (14 mi) south-east of Lipno, and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of Toruń.
