Zofiów [ˈzɔfjuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biała Rawska, within Rawa County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Biała Rawska, 15 km (9 mi) east of Rawa Mazowiecka, and 69 km (43 mi) east of the regional capital Łódź.
