Service Access

Cloud-based access is provided through web browsers optimized for Google Chrome.

Subscription Fees

Monthly/annual subscriptions must be paid as agreed. Late payments can lead to service suspension.

Customer Obligations

• Ensure authorized use of login credentials and maintain confidentiality.
• Update billing and payment information promptly.

Intellectual Property

All system software, plugins, and related materials are proprietary to Agoysoft (Pvt) Ltd.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from service usage.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, no refunds are issued for past services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be settled amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration under Sri Lankan law.
