Bukowa, Staszów County

Bukowa [buˈkɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Osiek, within Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Osiek, 19 km (12 mi) east of Staszów, and 67 km (42 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.

Demography

According to the 2002 Poland census, there were 365 people residing in Bukowa village, of whom 53.4% were male and 46.6% were female. In the village, the population was spread out, with 24.9% under the age of 18, 31.2% from 18 to 44, 20.3% from 45 to 64, and 23.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
