Chahar Meleh (Persian: چهارمله) is a village in Zarneh Rural District of Zarneh District, Eyvan County, Ilam province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 802 in 174 households. The following census in 2011 counted 839 people in 198 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 772 people in 208 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
