Chowerup, Western Australia
Chowerup is a rural locality of the Shire of Boyup Brook in the South West region of Western Australia.
The Shire of Boyup Brook is located on the traditional land of the Bibulman (also spelled Bibbulmun or Pibelmen) and Kaniyang (also spelled Kaneang) people, both of the Noongar nation, with the locality of Chowerup located on the land of the Kaniyang people.
The heritage-listed Chowerup Hall, dating back to 1923, is located within the locality, having functioned as a local school until 1950.
