Monroe Township is one of seventeen townships in Kosciusko County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,120 (down from 1,147 at 2010) and it contained 458 housing units.

Monroe Township was organized in 1855.

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 24.31 square miles (63.0 km), of which 23.85 square miles (61.8 km) (or 98.11%) is land and 0.46 square miles (1.2 km) (or 1.89%) is water.
