Sérézin-de-la-Tour (French pronunciation: [seʁezɛ̃ də la tuʁ], literally Sérézin of La Tour) is a commune in the Isère department in the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes southeastern France.

The Bourbre forms part of the commune's northern border.
