Saint-Clair-sur-Galaure (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ klɛʁ syʁ ɡalɔʁ]; literally 'Saint-Clair on Galaure') is a commune in the Isère department in southeastern France.

The Galaure flows west through the southern part of the commune.
