Usage
This template links to a specific page of the United States Statutes at Large.
If the second parameter is missing, the entire volume is linked.
Note: This template links to external sites. External links should not normally be used in the body of an article; see Wikipedia:External links for discussion of acceptable and unacceptable uses.
