Naserabad (Persian: ناصراباد) is a village in, and the capital of, Kuhpayeh-e Sharqi Rural District of the Central District of Abyek County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,945 in 501 households. The following census in 2011 counted 1,801 people in 521 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,477 people in 472 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
