Rowley Building

Rowley Building, also known as The Vail, is a historic four-story building located at 735 S. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles.

History

Rowley Building was built in 1908 and currently consists of ground floor retail with six total apartments across three stories above.

In 1979, the Broadway Theater and Commercial District was added to the National Register of Historic Places, with Rowley Building listed as a non-contributing property in the district.

Rowley Building was sold for $887,508 in 2010 ($1.24 million in 2023).

Architecture and design

Rowley Building is built of brick and features a modern marble facade.
